• God: We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit; each of whom is equal in being, power and glory. (Matt 28:19; Heb 1:8; Acts 5:3,4)
• Jesus: We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, God's only Son, His virgin birth; sinless life; sacrificial atoning death for our sins; his bodily resurrection; and his personal, literal, and imminent return. (John 1:1-3, 3:16; Luke 24:36-43; John 14:1-3; Matt 1:23; 2 Cor 5:21; I Pet 2:24)
• Holy Spirit: We believe that the Holy Spirit seals, baptizes, indwells, and regenerates all believing souls at the moment of conversion. (John 3:1-8; Eph 1:13; Titus 3:5; Gal 3:14)
• Word: We believe that both the Old Testament and New Testament are inspired by God and are completely without error. (2 Tim 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21)
• Origin: We believe that God created the heavens and the earth, including all life, "each after its own kind," by direct act and not by the process of evolution. (Gen 1:26, 27; Rom 3:22, 23; 5:10-19; Eph 2:1-3, 12)
• Original Sin: We believe that man was created in the image and likeness of God, by Adam's sin the human race fell, inherited a sin nature and became alienated from God; and, that man is completely unable to remedy his lost condition. (Rom 3: 9,23; Rom 5: 12 -21)
• Enemy: We believe in the distinct personality of Satan, that he is the "god of this age", author of all the powers of darkness and sin, and is destined to the judgment of an eternal justice in the lake of fire. ( Eph 6: 11-12; 2Cor 4:4; Rev 20:10)
• Salvation: We believe that man cannot save himself. God has provided a way for all men to be saved by grace through faith in His only Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. When a man exercises his faith in Jesus Christ, he is forgiven and passes from death to eternal life. ( John 3:16; Eph 2:8-9; 2 Cor 5:21)
• Christian Life: We believe that when we accept the free gift of salvation and receive the promised Holy Spirit, we are new creations, free in Christ, directed by the Holy Spirit, and not under the law. (Gal 3: 1-5; Gal 5:1; 1 Cor 6:12;1 Cor 10:23; 2 Cor 3:17-18; Gal 5:18)
• Church: We believe that the church is the body of Christ whose purpose is to glorify God by loving him and by making him known to the lost world. The members of the church are those who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ and demonstrate that faith by observing the ordinances of believer’s baptism and the Lord’s Supper. (Eph 5:25-32; Matt 28:20; 1 Cor 11:23,24; Acts 8:38; Matt 16:16-19; Matt 28:19-20; 1 Tim 3:17-18);
• Spiritual Gifts: We believe that the Holy Spirit gives all believers spiritual gifts for the service of His Kingdom. All the gifts are for today and should be desired and embraced by the church. (1 Cor 12:13; I Peter 4:10; Heb 2:3,4; Mark 16:17-20; 1 Cor 12:7-11; 1 Cor 14:1; 1 Cor 1:7; Rom 12:4-8)
• Marriage & Family: We believe marriage unites one man and one woman in a lifetime commitment to each other (Genesis 2:23-24; Matthew 19:4-6). Marriage provides for intimate companionship, pure sexual expression (Genesis 2:25; Ephesians 5:31-33), procreation, and reflects the relationship of Christ and the church (Genesis 1:28; Proverbs 5:15-19; 1 Corinthians 7:1-5).
